Judge 1

Positives: Editing was nice. Demonstrated understanding of rhythmic cuts. A few out of focus shots, nut for the most part, the shots were well exposed for night time and gave a good overview of the city of Chicago.

Improvements: The narrative could be better explained or the story could have followed a person. There was no sense of perspective and personality to the piece. This piece seemed more of a camera test. I would better elaborate a storyline early in the piece.
