Entry Description

This PSA illustrates the impact of texting while driving, bringing home the point in way that teens can understand.

Judge 1

Positives: -Great natsound, loved being able to hear the chalk on the pavement and the car sounds. - Your story was very real and moving, very well shot.

Improvements: - I think your editing could have been a little sharper, some shots were on for too long and others too short - Some of your camera angles didn't make sense to the story to me when the car is first shown its on a slant then is coming head on. Some camera movements were jerky and others very smooth.

Judge 2

Positives: - It's emotional. Good job making the viewer feel. - Nice natural sound of the chalk and the phone.

Improvements: - I think having the girl on the sidewalk would be more believable than in the middle of the street, particularly with her mom watching from the window. - A statistic or two illustrating the dangers of texting and driving would strengthen this PSA.
