A tormented girl struggles to determine fiction from fantasy as she sifts through her memories and ponders her future in this original music video.

Judge 1

Positives: The intimate shots by the rocks are effective. I like how the characters are talking but it is unclear of what they are saying. This ambiguity adds to the story. I love the aesthetic with shooting outdoors and the silhouette shots are great.

Improvements: perhaps bring up the conflict earlier in the video. Use lighting to add to your story by perhaps creating two different feels that set a distinction between fiction and fantasy. Perhaps use the tripod more often, the hand held shots are a little rough and don't really add to the story. I love the shots that are backlit from the sun outdoors. Next time you can use some sort of bounce to put more light onto the characters. You can use something like a white bed sheet.
