Entry Description

A recent heartbreak sends a man spiraling out of control, initiating a makeshift therapy session in the back of a taxi cab. He hallucinates about his estranged boyfriend and confesses his feelings to the listening ears of the cabbie. This is an excerpt from the full 4-minute version.

Judge 1

Positives: I love the mix of the hand-drawn elements with the live-action. Having some interaction between them is great, too, like the live-action boy pushing away the drawn character.

Improvements: Shots in the cab are too dark. Also, lip-sync could be improved, and you should try to make the look of your character more consistent from one shot to the next. The shape of his head and his features change a lot, and sometimes it makes it seem like more than one person, which can be confusing.
