Uber drivers are creative.
Positives: I love that you were thinking outside of the box and trying to think of something that wasn't cookie cutter branding. A little more on point with encouraging the use of the brand and you'll knock it out of park next time! I can tell you spent time on the planning of how you were going to tell your story!
Improvements: I appreciate your creativity a lot-- but this is more of a parody than a commercial for uber .... the brand messaging was incosistent and would not be on point or inspire anyone to interact/engage with the brand. The end just drops off. In any story make sure you really tell the story with a strong and clear ending with a message fore engagement! it's really tough to light a car at night!
