Judge 1

Positives: The story was the best I've seen. You can clearly tell what it going on and it is done in a very creative way. You can tell that the shooter what thinking about how it would be edited and it worked for the team. Good job!

Improvements: Their were a couple of scenes where I think the white balance was off. Also in one seen the focus should have been double checked.

Judge 2

Positives: Nice - looking piece, and well edited. Performances were natural, and the story flowed nicely too. Love some of your transitions, especially the "film-burn" effect at the window where the girl disappears. You used a variety of locations and lighting / color looks that really keep the piece interesting and help to show the passage of time.

Improvements: Your video is terrific and these are just nit-picks or ways it could shine even brighter: The "film-burn" transition was so effective with the shot of them at the window where she disappears - I think it would have been great if it functioned the same way a few other times, like maybe between his standing at the grave and in the park at the end. You had a few camera stabilization issues that were distracting here and there. Really great job overall, though.
