Entry Description
A rebellious couple's plans are nearly foiled when the lights go out in a warehouse juncture. The woman is left with nothing but the scent of the man's cologne to find him in the darkness.

- 4/27 6:52 am - Not sure what the background noise was starting with the 2nd shot and continuing until the match was lit. The 2 shots with the matches were out of focus. When lighting is dark, you need to make sure the camera is in manual focus. Without the description for the entry, I’m not sure I would have known what the basic premise of this story was.
- 3/6 7:06 pm - I really enjoyed the pacing of this video. I think that you do a great job of capturing the attention of the viewer with the quick start. The sound effects are well done and I like the way that you keep the camera moving with the action. The concern I have is that it is a little confusing what is going on during the commercial. I see that two people are running, but I am confused as to why. Also, the part with the eyes over the lens is creative, but a little awkward the way it is done. I like the commercial and the way that you hide what the product is until the reveal.
- 3/5 5:26 am - What stands out to me at first about your piece is the camera work and the pace it was edited at. Nice job on both. Great variety of shots that show a variety of angles and piece together the action nicely, I truly was drawn in. I also really enjoyed your attempt at bringing in natural audio, the crickets, the match lighting great control of the audio. There were a few things that confused me. First is the sound effect at the beginning while they were running, I couldn’t place if it was some type of music or some sort of static. I am sure it is clear to you, but it wasn’t to a fresh audience. The other part I found confusing was I saw two people run into the garage, it seemed like two people were present when the match was lit, but then you show someone getting their eyes uncovered – I didn’t understand that scene, is their a third person in the room? Overall it was enjoyable, I was drawn into the story, just confused a little by the story at the end. You have the majority of the elements in place, the only thing that really threw me was the story.
