I chose to make my video like a short how. My talent is doing just that, showing you how to make a simple cheesecake.

• 4/27 9:16 pm - I like that you had an introduction. Your pacing is great. Some of your shots feel distant though, and it feels jarring to go from close-ups of the ingredients to these far-away wide shots. Consider placement of these establishing shots (like at the start to set the scene) to prevent this.
• 3/7 11:27 am - A nice idea for a demo, but felt incomplete overall. Consider showing finished product in beginning and list all ingredients and equipment needed. You had a nice mirror overhead, why not use it to let us see what is happening? Overall, more pre-production planning could have given this a more polished feel.
