  • 4/27 5:29 pm - Good use of audio/voice-overs. The few shots in the trailer are intriguing.
  • 3/22 7:48 am - The low lit lighting adds to the dark feeling, as well as to the suspense that build the longer you watch. The music and dialogue from each of the characters is even throughout, and add that extra something to further get hooked. For all of the dialogue we see one character but hear two voices, a chance to show the female lead would help in knowing a bit more about the two characters.
  • 3/6 4:03 pm - This trailer was very short, which lended to the storytelling and keeping the audience in suspense. The only question is, “Did you give them enough to want to make them go see the movie?” The title animation sequence was nicely done but felt like it came in too early. The imagery was scarce but all three shots were very nicely composed and helped add to the suspense. The second shot in the sequence could use a bit more contrast. Overall strong project.
Judge 1

Positives: Premise is slightly unclear, however, that comes with the territory when creating a very short teaser trailer – and in this case, the lack of plot information strengthens it. The audience gets just enough to pull them in. Very, very strong visuals and overall aesthetics (lighting, GFX card elements). Effective use of soundtrack and voiceover to drive the pacing of the edit. Well done!

Improvements: This teaser may have been SLIGHTLY too short – it would have benefitted from one more visual element, a small tease that pulls us in further – what is the mysterious, dark force everyone is referring to? A quick flash of this unknown entity, or some sort of quick, terrifying visual would have been the cherry on top (inserted after the 'Westgate' GFX card).

Positives: Awesome use of sound and editing. Uses suspense to bring you in and leave you wanting more.

Improvements: Wish it was a little longer. More of a teaser than a trailer. The shots were hard to see .
