Entry Description
This promo shows the long history of crosstown rivalry between LT and Hinsdale. I spent over 40 hours transferring old VHS tapes and DVDs from the past 30 years. Then I found the big plays and key moments to build up to the upcoming big game in the present school year.

- 3/7 2:14 pm - Archival footage at the beginning is a great hook, but it moves too slowly-- :54 of slow build is a bit long and doesn't really build up to anything after that crowd noise. The pace of the edit matches the music bed, which holds this piece back a bit. It's dramatic, but doesn't hold your attention. As the action of the clips picks up, the music should, too, to create a more dynamic closing.
- 3/6 5:59 pm - Awesome job! I love the mix of b-roll from over the years. The story that was told about the history of the big game was astounding. Very well done.
