• 3/5 8:32 pm - Great cinematography—coloring, framing, moving. Hard to shoot in so much darkness, but this is very effective. Really great effect on the “monsters.” I really enjoyed this. My only critique is to go ahead and have an actual ending.

Judge 1

Positives: Effective tension build and clear dramatic story.

Improvements: Typo for "their" in your entry information. Final scene at the bedroom door had good build up, but was anticlimactic. Something else should have happened instead of just a fade to black.

Positives: I like your camera work. Good composition, interesting angles, and very fluid and creative movement. Impressive. I think your alien SFX (or whatever) is very effective. Kudos. Also interesting set up of a story. This feels like an excerpt/intro.

Improvements: Your low light shots (and there are a lot of them) need more fill light- maybe with a blue gel or something. It just gets irritating and boring looking at super dark shots. Check your audio levels. Opening VO was super loud compared with the dialogue.
