Your audio is consistently good, which adds a nice professional element. Although I think your lighting and image quality is very good, I don’t end of liking a lot of your handheld, documentary style footage. I don’t know exactly why (maybe it was low frame rate?), but the handheld footage looks kind of strobey to me, and I find it a bit hard to watch. Just an opinion. To be honest, I didn’t totally get the story. I know it’s a commentary on high school cruelty, but I think the structure could be clarified. The confusing element for me was the father mocking the son in the lunchroom scene. What’s that about? It doesn’t seem consistent with the final scene with the dad taking the note off his back. If the point is that the father realizes that he’s being a jerk, I didn’t see that actually happen in the story. But definitely keep at it. There’s a lot of good work here, and if you get the right story to tell, I think you’ve got the skills to turn it into a very solid film.

Positives: The hand-held camera style was done well, just below distracting. Good audio mix.

Improvements: Dark video, not enough ambient light without lights. Either there was a white balance problem at the end or a poor choice of effects. It didn't seem to fit the rest of the video.

Positives: Good production levels and editing

Improvements: Almost feels like an inside joke and there are some tensions that might escape those in on the joke but feel awkward to those that aren't
