  • 3/6 4:34 pm - Good story and overall pacing for a trailer. Music was very well done and timed to your graphic transitions. Shots were diverse and well composed. The build up in tension worked very well. The font choice for your text cards needs work. These need to be designed equally as well as your footage. It's a package deal a movie trailer and the font choice made the text feel out of place. The trailer lacked for characters. The protagonist and her plight was well established, but additional dialogue or a bit more background on the antagonist would have been welcome.

Positives: Use of soundtrack and audio to enhance horror elements worked well – use of the shed as the looming horror plot device was effective.

Improvements: A distinct shooting style, along with additional lighting would enhance the narrative and horror/thriller elements. Narrative was a bit unclear – shots of the photos of the girls, cross-cut with the shots of the shed seemed to be indicating that there is a connection there, but there isn't much payoff when the protagonist enters the shed.

Positives: Good use of title cards at the end Good editing to the music.

Improvements: - Good use of sound effects, but perhaps wait until later to utilize the more jarring effects in order to better build the suspense over time. - Dialogue could help add the trailer to make the characters feel more realistic
