It feels like I’m watching scandinavian film. This is especially true for the exteriors at the start of the reel. In the interior, I like the use of practical lights to add splashes of illumination and depth to the scene. With the sink, the overhead light creates a nice metallic rimming on the faucet. In the kitchen, the lights at the table sink, cooking range, and refrigerator help to draw my eye deeply into the frame to the man and the moody lake in the background. The ending was a weak point. The diversity of techniques being displayed stopped, as soon as the man leveled his rifle. Drone shot after drone shot didn’t provide enough visual contrast from shot to shot to catch the eye. And neither did the successive drone shots provide new information to the established narrative, that the audience was led to anticipate.

The hand held shallow focus worked really well when you held those shots, but the shakes really distracted as it made it feel very different. The drone shots were really nice, but many were undersaturated and flat, please color correct next time to bring more depth into your images.
