• 4/27 5:30 pm - Good use of special effects. Light sabers were done well.
• 3/22 7:47 am - Shots are well lit throughout the entirety of the trailer. Fast editing cuts draw into the storyline, long enough to tell what’s going on within the shot. However, some do cut off midway through a shot, losing some of the hype. Shots are often framed cutting off the actors heads.
• 3/6 3:45 pm - The costume design and lightsaber effects are both very impressive. The editing throughout the entire piece was strong. The story was almost non-existent and giving your audience the slightest of clues is key to selling your film. The FCP 3D title template at the end fits the theme of the trailer, but a custom animated title would distinguish the piece is a much better way.
