• 2/27 3:35 pm - You’ve got the makings of a solid story here, but it ends up feeling a bit rushed. I like the idea of using A Christmas Carol as a framework, but I’m not sure you take full advantage of it here. Having her end up making the same decision at the end makes it seem like she’s learned nothing from the experience. Clear characters here, and it’s probably a good choice to have one ghost instead of three. Actors are hard to get and can’t alway be depended on to show up. You’ve got some good basic shots and transitions, but this doesn’t really rise above that level. I recommend not changing title fonts and animated transitions because it starts to feel a little bit arbitrary- like you’re just clicking buttons because they’re there. Think about what is strongest way to create the feeling you want, and let that guide your decision-making process.
