3/7 10:33 am - Great opening to establish where we are from a story perspective . The music was distracting from focusing on what the interviewees were saying as some of the questions you asked were very informative for this package. Camera work was effective for the story however getting more footage of Raffa teaching would have enhanced the story. The editing of the soundbites was creative and effective. Could have used a narration track between some of the sound bites to enhance the story however great flow of the bites you selected. The ending soundbite was extremely powerful and over all this was a fantastic story.
3/5 2:47 pm - The music is too loud underneath Mr. Raffa's interview. It is distracting. Lower or eliminate music when it interferes with us getting to know the subject. Great job illustrating the student's comment of how Mr. Raffa makes the subject fun by using the clip of him messing with the goggles. Again with the "what de heck" and "old guy" clips. Very well organized story overall. Voice overs were effective and concise. For the future, for stories like this, I would pull in one or two more student perspectives. This will round out the story and demonstrate that he truly has had an impact on a large number of students.
