• 3/3 10:12 am - Story: I hate to say it, but I didn’t get this almost at all. Seems like maybe it’s an inside joke that’s funny to you (or something), but I’m not really feeling this at all. Camera: Some interesting shots. Nice variety. Some good framing. I like the reflection shot in the window. The one shot with what look like theater kids and a dinosaur is out of focus. No camera movement at all. All the fade ins and outs felt a bit simplistic. Solid, but not especially sophisticated. Lighting: No real issues here. Sound: No particular issues here either. Editing: Pretty basic. The repeated fades don’t really allow for much flow. I don’t think the final title card is especially effective. Final thoughts: I’d focus on story. Make sure you have one, and then make sure the viewer can follow it.
