  • 4/25 11:10 am - Some good angles. Interesting concept.
  • 4/24 5:29 pm - Funny concept. Wasn't sure where the story was going at first. The ending needs to be developed to make it great.
  • 3/14 7:34 am - The set-up is good, though a little hard to hear at first. The foot tapping, anticipating the beat of the soundtrack, and fidgeting with remote both work to show the obsession. And I did like the fake slap of the board after the line, "None of it is real. It's all fake." Leaving us in the same boat as the obsessed character is a good idea too, but in the film the suspense is built by the joke developing toward the punch line. We hear Bender laughing to himself as he is about to deliver. If we could feel the obsessed character getting closer to the punch line, only to be cut off by external forces at the point of discovery, we could empathize with her. The trashing of the presentation board by the character the cuts us off from the suspense prematurely.
  • 3/5 1:39 pm - The concept is funny and the dialogue between the two girls was pretty good. The main character’s inner monologue was great. But…then it ended. It just ended. And not in a good way. The audio in the opening cafe scene was really airy and low. Sounded like a built-in mic on a camera or a boom that was too far away. The music bed during her Shots were okay overall, as was lighting.
