- 3/9 11:16 am - This has piece has some nice shots throughout. However, I don't hear much natural audio. I was wearing a nice set of headphones while viewing and I believe a heard an engine revving throughout the entire piece. It was really low so I'm not 100% sure that was it, but I believe it was. I would have liked to have heard more natural audio that fit the moving images I was seeing...cars racing, the sound of the camera at work, etc. At one point, during one of the shots in the parking garage, another sound popped in that I could not identify. Good interview, interesting story.
- 3/9 10:42 am - This was more of a documentary or news package - it does not fit this category. The key component to this category is the natural audio - that is what drives the story and tells the story - not the SOT.
- 3/5 6:35 pm - Positives: Shot variety in b-roll was excellent and creative. Story structure of getting his opinion of rally then explaining what rally was is interesting and well planned. Improvements: More natural audio of the car or taking pictures of the cars.
- 2/27 8:54 am - Great slider shots. The natural sound (of the car engine) makes sense when the b-roll is on screen but can be distracting during the interview when the b-roll is not on screen. Strong consistent color grading. Excellent overall work.
