- 3/10 2:23 pm - What an awesome intro to the program! High energy and super impressive. There was quite a shift from the intro to the mood of the first story though, and, then a shift back to high-energy in the football piece; this isn't necessarily a bad thing, just something I noticed when thinking about the overall structure of the show. Park story b-roll was beautiful and the music set the tone perfectly. The substitute story was well-done, and it was personal enough to show more about this teacher. The student style piece was original and had beautiful cinematography. It did feel a little disconnected between students- all with semi-different tones to each individual; this may have been intentional, but I think it could feel a little more cohesive. The netflix segment was a cool addition too, and I feel great for your target audience. Love the plug/channel search at the end. Overall, great work!
- 3/2 11:41 am - Begins with interesting and creative intro - looks incredibly professional to showcase school; stand up to begin framed well; story about park district is more like a commercial; highlight for sports done nicely but it could use a voice over to give info; interesting story showcasing students; format is done nicely with serious to softer news; movie review is a nice touch and it's great the movies were cited.

Positives: The newscast was put together well and I liked that you had several different topics. Enjoyed that you did a piece about nature and getting outside.
Improvements: When doing stories like the football piece- add some nats of the event and I would've included the score
