  • 3/13 11:40 am - Well-edited to the music, with a great variety of sports that are fan-friendly; great use of a powerful music bed that could stand up to the natural audio that accompanied some of the clips, which added to the energy and atmosphere of the story.

There are some moments in this where your edits match those strong beats; I liked that a lot. I also like that you included other aspects of fall sports, not just football. You've got the band in there, cheerleaders, fans, etc. Pretty solid all around, nicely done!
  • 2/28 11:42 am - Nice job editing to the chant. Good crowd reaction and variety of overall shot selection. Quality editing and use of text. Some of your audio is peaking but possibly unavoidable with the crowds. One suggestion would be to continue to incorporate more natural sound. Overall a high quality segment.

Positives: Editing - Cut to tempo. On-screen elements align with the beat. Camera - Shots used stylistically congruent.

Improvements: Sound - The group of people chanting toward the end: this audio is so over-modulated that I'd consider it unusable. let the music come in full-force when it comes in. Fading in robs it of impact. Editing - A lot of time is given to on-screen text with animations that betray the tempo of the music. Less text time. Faster animations and congruent cuts when it is used.
