  • 4/25 12:57 pm - Pros - Once the trailer gets going, the use of close-ups helps to both tell small pieces of story regarding the book and creates some suspense/mystery. The cold and snowy backdrop helps enhance the mood of the story, as does the music. Dialogue recording is surprisingly clean for outside, so nice job on that. Cons - Revealing the title at the opening of the trailer makes the prolonged closeup of the book later on in the piece feel a bit shoved in the audience's face. Consider closing the trailer with the title reveal. The roll of the 'bully' leaves a bit to be desired; it feels like there isn't quite enough there as far as the torture and frustration of the protagonist goes. The mysterious setup of the book is done well, but falls short when linking it to the main character.
  • 3/9 1:12 pm - Production wise- awesome job using the natural lighting in the bullying scenes especially. Story wise- needs a little work it's kind of confusing. The description helped but still feel like it's not clear what the book is for.
  • 3/8 9:44 am - When I read your entry description, I felt like it was different from the video. I would put more emphasis on the finding of the book and the haunting of the forest versus the images of bullying. Also, look at where your shots are in your trailer. Could this be edited differently?
