Your processes were clear and simply explained. The coverage was adequate for each step. Your voice over was well mixed and popped out of the mix. Music had good pace and kept the video moving. Your titles had good styling, grammar and were on screen long enough to read clearly. Improvements: Honestly, this worked just fine, but it didn't really wow me. Perhaps a thought would be to get a close-up birds-eye view of the washing. For this, you'd need to get a ladder and a camera operator to shoot over and into the shower. An over-the-showerhead position would have given you some more interesting looks. Other shots like soap going into the drain, close up on hands on hair, etc. would have upped the overall production value. Overall, it's a great demonstration show that works well on its own.
