• 4/19 9:56 am - Nice vacation video, but the lack of diversity of shot composition (a lot of wide shots) makes it hard to compete in this category. A lot of the movement was sudden and challenging to follow, especially during your editing transitions. Often the first few frames were really shaky, which makes it really challenging for the audience to follow your visual focus within the shot.
• 3/31 5:08 pm - Camera: -Wow, you have a beautiful location to shoot at and you are making some creative choices with what is seen in frame. -Camera shots are mostly wide, try to incorporate more shot variety. -Pans are somewhat shaky--be sure to use a tripod in order to ensure smooth movements Lighting: -All shots are using natural light--I would like to see you play more with lights and show your understanding of lighting techniques as well. Editing: -I am not sure that the song choice fit the images that we are seeing. The song seems very personal--a love story? And all we are seeings are landscape images--doesn't exactly fit.
