  • 4/19 9:48 am - Really hard to focus when things are moving all over without a sense of purpose to the shots. Please use a tripod and set a focal point and perspective for the viewer.
  • 3/31 6:51 pm - Camera: -You need more shot variety. The first 20 seconds of your reel is a shot from the perspective of being in a car. -Shots are often shaky--next time use a tripod to stabilize shots and do nice smooth pans and titls Lighting: -All natural lighting or the lighting found within the location. Have some fun with lighting! Show off your understanding of lighting techniques. Editing: -The pacing is a little slow--we hold on some shots for quite a bit longer than we need to. Make sure you are providing the audience with new and interesting visual information at every moment.
  • 2/28 5:44 pm - Hand holding is very hard and it takes professionals years to get right. I would love to see you work with a tripod and focus on composition, variety of choice in framing; it would be also a good idea to put some work with lights on a cinematographer's reel.
