• 4/22 11:51 am - As a dog owner and lover, this really pulled at my emotions. I thought you did a nice job with your shots and the story as well as your text on the screen. I would second the use of more actual audio with the dog or even broken glass with the phone. Don't be afraid to record that separately and layer it into your piece.
• 3/1 10:30 am - I like the natural audio from your dog when he was running! I would have loved to have heard more of that throughout, especially in the shots of your dog looking sad. This was also a creative take on this topic! I love it!

Judge 1

Positives: Terrific message and story. Well conceived and executed. Beautiful shots and directing.

Improvements: It was so good I have no other comments.

Judge 2

Positives: Message is clearly and effectively communicated. Got great shots of the dog for those sad end ones! The broken glass and phone simply conveys what happened.

Improvements: The shot where's she's texting could have used some lighting effects or camera movement - it's obvious she's not moving, and this is important to the story. Put someone outside the window to create moving shadows going by, have someone bounce the car bumper up and down etc to make it seem more real.
