Entry Description

To promote awareness toward fire saftey we put the audience through the eyes of a child waking up, in the middle of the night, to a fire blazing outside their bedroom door.

• 4/22 10:25 am - I like how original your script was for this PSA. I would make the font a bit bigger and experiment with a drop shadow to make it really stand out.

Judge 1

Positives: Good idea with poem. Some shots were well done.

Improvements: Narration much too fast, hard to understand. Lighting, although for effect, was too dark to understand image and message.

Judge 2

Positives: The creative lighting and smoke effects were great, especially in the last shot. Very dramatic. Nice camera movement up front. Creative idea, too.

Improvements: Many shots are dark and it's hard to see the action. Some sfx might have helped to build drama, as the audio is quite flat throughout.

Positives: Last hot of the smoke worked well, the idea was good however could have executed it differently

Improvements: Words could have been lower in the frame lighting, too dark even if it's a night shot.
