  • 4/22 1:12 pm - There's some nice dynamic camera movement and work at play in this piece that worked well with the docu-style being established. The lead actor really sells it well and is just serious enough to get the laughs. Good job getting staff to appear in the sketch and also selling the ridiculousness with their roles. Good job overall.
  • 4/21 8:56 am - Camera shots were well composed. Good performances by the actors throughout the production. Good work.
  • 4/19 8:47 pm - Good performance by the lead actor and the docu-style comedy was an interesting choice. There were some good broll shots in the piece, such as the shot that finds and moves around Chuckles in the library with his computer. The opening shot was also good. The interviews were not filmed correctly. Docu-style interviews should always have the interviewees look slightly off camera at the interviewer as they answer questions rather than looking down the barrel of the lens. During a few shots I could hear direction over the nat sound broll and I could see the camera operator through reflections in the television studio glass. From a story standpoint, I think this needed a few more comedic beats. A few more clown-like things needed to be shown. Coming out of a small car, doing weird jokes to passers by or to the guidance counselor. Something else was needed to push the humor forward.
