  • 4/23 11:28 pm - *Strengths 1. Video quality 2. Lighting 3. Varied camera angles (This gives the viewer a more comprehensive understanding of the action being demonstrated) *Areas on which to improve: 1. The steps in your process identify what needs to be done and the order in which they need to be completed. You can strengthen your demonstration by providing additional information regarding the techniques needed to complete various steps in the procedure. For example, when you say, "and slowly release," explain how this is done to get the cards from each hand to mix well. What techniques will help someone accomplish this critical step successfully? Your demonstration can be three minutes long so take advantage of that time to make your piece more informative. 2. Your narration also can include relevant and interesting background information related to your topic. The process alone likely will not be enough to keep the audience engaged. 3. Continue to look for creative ways to begin and end your pieces.
  • 3/13 11:17 am - Visuals looked great. Would have been good to see the person speaking. Music was a good choice. Graphics good. Edit had no issues. I think a non shuffler would learn how to shuffle.
  • 3/4 11:48 am - Nice set dressing. Good walking through how to hold the cards. Music could maybe be more dynamic to match the topic. Any potential pitfalls to avoid?
