4/24 11:52 am - *Strengths:
1. Appropriate introduction - your view will know exactly what you plan to demonstrate in the piece.
2. The before and after approach worked well. The viewer witnesses the process you used to decorate the room and feels the benefits of these improvements.
*Areas for improvement:
1. What might you have done with lighting and/or color correction filters to make the room appear more warm and cheerful?
2. The steps in your process identify what needs to be done and the order in which they need to be completed. You can strengthen your demonstration by providing more information regarding the techniques needed to complete various steps in the procedure. For example, what technique did you use to hang the lights?
3. You can strengthen the clarity of your process by incorporating a voice-over narration. Your narration also can include relevant and interesting background information related to your topic.
4. Look for opportunities to make your audio track richer by incorporating some nat sound.
4/2 12:53 pm - Love this topic choice. Love the bare room before video. Pace is very good and the music and narration flow well with the video. Information is well presented and easy to understand and useful. The exposure needed to be brightened up.
3/4 1:57 pm - Cool opening graphic! The lighting is a bit dark. Nice flash transitions. Nice tips, but they seem kind of basic. It might help to pick one or two of the tips and then really go into depth about what makes a good version vs. a bad version. Audio is clear and music works, but you might want to consider more pieces of music, maybe one for each tip.
