• 3/5 9:07 am - Nice variety of shots. The outdoor shot with the holiday lights looks great but the framing could be a little better. The hallway shot is a little washed out.

Judge 1

Positives: Nice performances. I like the lighting in the garage/A-roll.

Improvements: Some soft focus shots. Lighting could have been more nuanced.

Judge 2

Positives: Great use of color and locations. The overall visual is really fun to watch and there is a lot of lively action to keep the viewer engaged. Engaging main character/singer. She related to the camera well and had me convinced of here legitimacy on screen. The substorm characters were also well cast and played.

Improvements: Sync... amongst other issues with the band. Ummm... this might be nitpicky but the band really didn't seem like they knew the parts and it was a bit distracting when the singer is totally selling it. There are ways to hide that better. Some more camera movement would have made the images flow together a little nicer. Left, right, up, down, in, out. Too many locked off shots. The static shots slowed the visual flow down significantly. Other than that though, solid effort!!! I was entertained from start to finish!
