How to make pumpkin bread
Positives: Nice job with camera, editing and lighting. Great shot selection.
Improvements: Narrator sound a bit loud and hollow sounding. Music too loud. Too short to really get the demo clearly.
Positives: When doing a food demo, it is very important to make sure everything is clean and appetizing. You did an excellent job with that. All of the surfaces are clean. There weren't spilled ingredients on the counter top, and the lighting was bright and cheerful. The way you introduced the ingredients was great. Popping them on one at a time helped to support the upbeat mood of your entire piece.
Improvements: There is a little inconsistency with the audio. The voice track for the opening shot has an echo to it. The rest of the voice tracks used in the video sound great. Instead of using the camera mic you could try using and external mic that is much closer to the presenter. I'm not sure that you need the sound of whisking the mixture, the stove clicking when turning on the burners, etc. The voice and music track are enough.
Positives: Really well done video!! For a 55 second clip, you did a great job packing all the information in there without it seeming rushed or crammed. Filming inside, especially in a kitchen, can be a nightmare for lighting, and overall this video is very good, visually.
Improvements: These are very minor comments....maybe eliminate the intro at the beginning and do the entire video via a voice-over, only because the audio switch is pretty apparent. We have a somewhat echo-y voice at the very beginning introducing the video, and then we go right into voice-over territory after that. As I said, super small thing and it's an easy fix, you just want the audio to flow as smoothly as possible without many big "jumps" like that.
