4/25 8:06 pm - Announcer do a very good job of explaining the action. It is covered well too especially with the use or replay after the hit. Softball or Baseball is tough to cover and I think you did a nice job with this.
4/25 3:34 pm - PXP announcer has a nice, natural delivery and describes the action well. Color analyst audio isn't as prominent or isn't speaking into the mic as well. Replays are timely, maybe transition or graphic would help viewer differentiate between live action. There's a lot of dialogue taking place and rapidly at times. Maybe let the game breathe a bit just to slow things down. Softball is a quicker game than baseball so perhaps thats why things feel a bit rushed at times? CF cam is pretty loose-- figure out a way to lock that down better-- 75% of the game is shot from there. Hats off for producing a softball game, lots of cables to run and always at the mercy of the weather. This was a nice departure from all of the other basketball and football games in this category.
4/23 8:04 am - CENTER FIELD CAM IS DOWNHILL-RIGHT.
TOUGH FOLLOWING MAIN ACTION IN FIELD WITH HAND-HELD.
SHOW CUTAWAYS OF CROWD, BENCH, DURING LULLS.
YES, THAT HAND-HELD IS NOT WORKING - MISSING ACTION. JUST USE TRIPOD FRAMED MEDIUM-WIDE AND DON’T EVEN TRY TO ZOOM FOR FIRST 30 MINUTES OF GAME UNTIL COMFORTABLE.
NEED MORE ANNOUNCER CHATTER - STATS, ETC., DURING LULLS.
3/5 10:04 am - Some of the camera work is a bit shaky - watch the framing. Announcer needs to stop saying “alright, #-- is in the box”, “alright, we have a foul”, etc. No need for extra words (alright) - just tell the story. But be careful to not overly describe what’s going on.
