This movie trailer is about a security guard who tries to keep order in the halls. No matter his efforts, no one can take him serious.

4/10 9:56 pm - I needed more shots of Frank's face in the beginning so I could better connect with his character. Audio in scene needed to be improved. The first time we see Frank, I cannot understand what the other characters are doing, saying or why it's a problem for them to be doing those things. Make sure you're being steadier with your hands when running with a camera down a hallway. Use a stabilizer if possible. The voice over was well written and its audio levels were good, but the mix aside from that was inconsistent.
3/27 5:17 pm - Audio is a big problem in this trailer. besides the constant dips in music volume, there is very poor audio in dialogue. Acting is very suspect. I get the comedy of the idea, but many of the examples took too long to get to the "joke". Trailers can cut out that drag time and get right to the funny stuff. So is this movie going to be about kids disobeying the hall monitor the whole movie? Or is there going to be a plot? If it's the latter, none was mentioned and the trailer lacks direction.
3/4 9:56 am - The hallways are unsupervised but there is a guy with a Security jacket? I don't get it. The camera angles and pacing are ok but the audio is inconsistent.
2/26 12:18 pm - Camera work was fine. Lighting seemed like you just used whatever was available in each location.
Audio: Audio levels weren't mixed appropriately; music bed was too loud in many parts. Make sure you're watching the VU meter when you're recording AND editing. Dialogue levels should be between -6 and -12 db, sound effects between -12 and -18 db, and music beds should be around -24 db.
Story: the storyline wasn't really compelling. The job of a movie trailer is to hook your audience. This didn't make me want to watch the movie.
