  • 4/25 9:09 pm - The approach to this show has a more "news" feel to it. It's less about school announcements and more about community news. The packages and b-roll are clean and well-colored. Consider using an adjustable seat so the anchor can sit higher at the desk. Sports anchor - try to be more conversational. Relax a bit. The audio in the e-learning segment is only in the left channel. Lead anchor has nice pacing but could use a little more energy.
  • 4/25 2:22 pm - Looks a little strange with the newsdesk up so high. Anchor- Relax a little, you are really staring at the teleprompter and your head is locked in position. Overheads- First interview too much of a profile shot. Micing-Reaves has a big arm on the screen, Hayes sounds like mic is too far away Sports- Relax, You seem tense so you are very monotone and are staring hard at the teleprompter. E-learning- A lot of taking head. Would have been better with more b-roll
  • 4/4 1:54 pm - This is a quick open, and I wish there was a second anchor this is a lot for one person to be doing for the show. The start also seems like the police blotter, and became too much for me towards the end of it. I like the old school story about the projectors. It is an interesting story and is well shot. The sports segment falls flat for me. The is nothing tied to the school. Also, have the sports anchor look right at the camera. The viewer is welcoming you into their home, face them and talk with them about your topic. It will lend itself to a stronger show. The e learning segment is only out of one speaker, make sure to circle the audio. I wish you talked to the ACT student and moved it to the front of the show. Try to remember that the order in which items go is important to the viewer, because it will keep them watching.
