Positives: Good music choice. Nice video effects with ingredients. Easily understood process and even I could do it!
Improvements: Narrator needs to speak more clearly and slowly.
Positives: You took the time and care to make sure that all of the surfaces were clean and attractive, good art direction. You also took the care make sure the background looks appropriate for your shoot. E.g. at 1 minute you show a cutting board, stove, fruit basket and cutting knives on the back counter. The lighting is upbeat and supports the feel of your project.
Improvements: Make sure you keep the camera absolutely steady while showing the ingredients. When shooting something like this, you can start with all of the ingredients on screen in a nice configuration. Then run the camera without stopping for the entire take. Remove the ingredients (one at a time) in reverse order so the last one on camera during the shoot is the first one that will be on screen. Then edit the footage and eliminate unwanted hands, etc. and put the shots in the correct order. Since you haven't touched the camera there won't be any unwanted bumps. Also, make sure that you don't move any of the ingredients that are still supposed to be on camera until it's time to remove them from your set.
Positives: Really well done video!! Love the choice of French music to back it all up...you couldn't NOT go with that! It was really well shot and edited, too. Like the cutting of all the materials and ingredients showing up at the very beginning. Sometimes filming inside, especially in a kitchen, can be a nightmare for lighting, but for the most part the video looks really well done! You went through the process extremely well and your editing of the clips supported it all greatly.
Improvements: Relatively minor comments here...there are a few shots in the kitchen that are shadow-y (mainly the ones where we see you). It's very minor and almost unnoticeable, maybe just throw a second light there in the kitchen to counter act some of these "shaded" areas of the screen.
