  • 4/22 3:10 pm - You buried the lead! The last minute was fantastic and a great hook- really wish you could have used the part at the beginning where the doctor left him for dead and then built the story from there to the final 30 seconds. Very difficult to read the titles over the video and especially when the interview began. The found footage is amazing and really well utilized. The interview set up needed a lot of work- hide the lav wire and take him out of the corner. The background audio was distracting. The jump cuts in the audio need to be cleaned up.
  • 4/20 2:00 pm - + I like the font and color that you chose. It is easy for us to read text. +how cool that you have his personal footage! really adds a lot! -Ask your talent to put the lavaliere under his shirt. The cord looks messy. -You should not have someone talking and have words for us to read at the same time. It is impossible for the viewer to both read and listen. -Background for interviewee could be more interesting--it's just a white wall -Jump cut--try to cover with b-roll -interview could use some lighting. It's dark.
  • 3/5 1:39 pm - Positives: Compelling story. Historical footage works well. The footage of his friends at the end is a very strong closing! Areas for improvement: Music bed gap at 1:05; audio level change at 3:46; B-roll is mostly long shots; change it up by doing ease-ins & -outs (Ken Burns), or transform some shots into medium shots when possible.
