  • 4/25 9:18 pm - Some nice elements throughout. Camera shots are clean. One thing I did notice is a difference in audio quality between the packages and the studio. The package audio is warm and full sounding. The anchors sound thin. Adding an EQ to balance sound quality and levels would help. Think about how you order the show...similar to a newspaper. What is on the front page of the paper as opposed to the back pages. Lastly, anchors, double check each other before going on air. You both look great in your shirt and ties...make sure they are tightened all the way and straight.
  • 4/25 2:24 pm - Good to see the anchors professionally dressed, but tighten up your ties! Cafeteria- put the mic cable behind the AP’s tie. We don’t want to see the cable. Closer shot of the seating area would have been better instead of so far away. Interim superintendent - Dr. Yonke should have been zoomed in some.Good flow . Tennis - Good mix of b-roll, but you did repeat some. You put the mic cable in most of the interviewees shirts, but not the coach. It’s hanging down on front of him. Anchors should try to relax a little. They both seemed stiff and I am not sure if they blinked at all! Good mix of anchor read stories and segments.
  • 4/5 7:45 am - This is an awkward start to the show. The anchor goes to look at another camera and then you take the open, have him stay on that camera for longer. I like the show open there are a lot of diverse shots. There needs to be more excitement from the anchor when they are talking. For the Quest package, use some b-roll of the food to make an example for the viewer. It would be nice and help make the package move faster if there were some tracks. The over the shoulder is strange with the TV screen in the background. The stacking of the show was strange because you went from district to national back to district. Try to have more inflection in the voice, which will help to engage the viewers. Watch headroom on anchors. In packages try more close ups.
