4/25 8:20 pm - Very compelling story told through those who have had this experience. Technically, I wish you would have used a lavaliere or boom mic because the sound from the subjects could be better and their are times where the music overdrives the sound bites. I thought the animation was a clever way to show something and the pacing of the editing was good. The framing of some of the interviews could have been better too, I wish they looked closer to the lens then they did. Very nice job, clean up some of the technical issues and this would be excellent.
4/22 3:13 pm - The opening is quite jarring as the topic isn't fully introduced. The audio quality differences are really distracting, which is a shame because it's a really unique topic. Great use of the animation to visualize broll that otherwise would be difficult to gather.
3/5 1:46 pm - Positives:
GREAT story! Fantastic job with animated titles & graphics; music bed enhances the story. Areas for improvement:
Good audio makes or breaks a piece. Get a simple wired lav for interviews. Story needs more B-roll, and/or different/additional angles for the interviews with more dramatic lighting (serious topic).
