Inspired by the 1973 Milgram experiments in which the morals of ordinary people were tested as they were encouraged by an authority figure to inflict harm upon other people. The film follows the story of a boy who wakes up in a simulation and is forced to undergo tests that push the bounds of his morality. Positives: The transitions from location to location were very creative and well executed. Creative, modern take on a well-known science experiment.
Improvements: Overall, the sound design was well done, but I would have liked to heard more foley in the room. Unless the lack of sound was intentional. It would have been interesting to play more with the color grading in the locations.
Positives: Excellent cinematography. Very well edited.
Improvements: Distracting f/x. Could use more character development in script.
Positives: This film looks great and has an interesting visual style.
Improvements: I love the style of this film, but the story needs to be strengthened.
