Really enjoyed how you shot this with two cameras and edited back and forth between the two shots. Using the Channel 7 news background really gave for a visually compelling and appropriate background to tell this story. You covered a lot of information in a short amount of time, very well done!

Positives: Nice use of pictures and footage to keep this story moving. Good job finding people that are excellent at telling stories. That is what makes this piece a nice watch.

Improvements: Dionne is obviously an inspiration to many with her work ethic and passion for what she does - I'm wondering if this story would have even more depth if the viewer had an understanding why she wanted to get into this business and who inspired her along the way.

Positives: Really captures the passion that Dionne has for her craft of sports broadcaster. Crisp and clean editing, sound is a perfect foundation for the story. Good use of professional talent. Kudos for working with folks at this level.

Improvements: Such small things. At times, wanted to hear Dionne while in interview mode...understand there there may be copyright issues. As always, working with vertical images leaves a bit to be desired in terms of aesthetics.

Positives: Good topic choice. Good interviews. Good bites from Dionne and her colleagues. I liked hearing why she does what she does, the ongoing drive to be good at her job. I like the opening graphics.

Improvements: Need more broll of her in action. I would like to have seen her with some athletes...or on her way to an event or walking through the newsroom to get to the set or to an edit suite. I would like to have heard nat sot of her reporting at the beginning instead of seeing her sitting for the interview.
