Judge 1

Positives: I like the humor of your project. The characters were well defined. The voice track was excellent. The limited animation works great! The story progressed quickly and effectively. A very interesting approach to making a PB&J sandwich.

Improvements: Your project cuts off early. "Also, be careful around gla." I'm not sure that is where you had intended it to end.

Positives: Throughout this piece, the uses of different sound effects certainly supported the story and added another layer to the overall composition. The animation throughout was unique and fun to watch. This style certainly made a basic topic interesting.

Improvements: One aspect that stood out was the lack of ambient noise. It is can be useful to include ambient noise throughout a piece even if there is no music or dialog at points. This prevents sudden (and noticeable) drops in audio throughout. Also, a limiter could have been used to equal out the two sets of narration so there wouldn't be such a dramatic difference in volume between the two. The editing of this piece was choppy at times. Some shots could have lasted longer while others seemed too long. Finding a balance but still telling a strong story is key.
