Judge 1
Positives: Your stop motion/time lapse work was very effective. The camera was steady. I only notice one bump toward the end of the tortilla scene (and that was two of the tortillas and not the camera).The lighting was very good as well. The graphics were effective in stating the steps required to make the mini-apple pies. You took care to make sure all surfaces were very clean.
Improvements: Consider keeping the graphics on screen a little longer, especially during the apple preparation scene. Reshoot the tortilla build. Two of the bump toward the end of that scene. Everything else in your project is rock solid. As a result of your precision in the rest of your project those little bumps really stand out.

Positives: The step by step process was clearly conveyed. The lighting and aesthetic of the background and surface space added to the overall feel of the atmosphere throughout the piece. Speeding up the footage coupled with the music added to the overall piece and helped keep the viewers attention.
Improvements: Could have used a stronger final shot and possibly show the final product at the beginning of the piece. Graphics could have been utilized more creatively throughout the piece. The camera angle was relatively stationary throughout the video and could have been used to get a wider variety of angles.
