• 3/6 7:29 am - Nice variety of shots. Nice framing. Shots are crisp and colors are good! Maybe experiment with more moving shots.

Judge 1

Positives: Nicely lit. Good pacing on cuts.

Improvements: Audio mix issue with voice over music. Music was too loud. All director's close ups need to be tighter and perhaps from a slightly different angle.

Judge 2

Positives: Your opening sequence of shots worked well and was timed out nicely. The pace of the cuts throughout the whole video worked well for the most part.

Improvements: To many shots of the hand. If you could have gotten both hands maybe that would have helped but at that angle only a couple of shots would have been sufficient. Before the show take some extra time to check all of the setting on the cameras to make sure the colors match. When all of the colors match it helps tie the whole video together.

Judge 3

Positives: Loved the shots with the singer and lights. Great pacing of cuts. Loved the crowd noise when he was signing.

Improvements: Needed more movement in camera shots. Too stationary. Subtle movement would've been great. The performance was very dramatic. While it's great you didn't district from it, you're production didn't add much to the performance. Some tighter close-ups would've helped.
