Positives: Really solid spot that communicates well. Like the set up of waking up stressed - adds some relatability and humanity to what otherwise might be dry content. Overall, a nice job of "see and say" - where the AVO copy marries up with what is shown on screen. This is key in producing a spot that is well understood by consumers who are only watching passively. Nice sound mix of on camera over the music bid. Clean, clear edit. Good job ending on the signage with phone number - almost like an end tag.

Improvements: The last line of AVO copy could be stronger - it feels a bit generic and not like it really relates to this business. Watch out for little nuances that can be misinterpreted - saying "creative solutions" over a visual for fraud and embezzlement might not be the best choice. ;)

Positives: Great use of tax season at the top. Clear plot and narrative that demonstrates Joe's value to the viewer in a quick manner. Very strong broll to visually support your story throughout.

Improvements: The shot with the fern in it was a little distracting, but overall fantastic I like what your idea was to the coffee mug to the exterior shot, but sometimes less is more!

Positives: Story: The tone and meaning are clear, the narrative is flowing and informative. Camera: Interesting shots and excellent camera movement. Lighting - Lovely lighting in the customers bedroom, and office, offices tend to have tricky lighting and you managed it nicely.

Improvements: Sound: The sound was clear but a little low in the mix. Always remember the voice over is more important than the background music. Your location sound was good. Editing: Things came together well, it seems like you have a lot of footage, and the comercial has a lot of information to convey. Another 3-4 seconds could given us a few longer moments to digest the info.
