  • 3/6 7:24 am - Great job with the pacing of the shots! Good job keeping the shots moving (panning, tilting)! A few shots are a just a bit wobbly. Colors look nice. The long shot at :56 might be a bit too wide—they are getting swallowed up by the space. Good job catching the various bits of action—guitar solo, etc. The zooming at 1:25 is too dramatic—seems comical.
  • 3/2 11:43 am - Selection of shots is a good pacing for the song. Nice job by the director.
  • 3/2 11:42 am - Handheld shots are a little bit shaky. Some movements are smooth, but others are not. I like the pans from one talent to the next.
  • 3/2 11:41 am - at 1:25, zoom was definitely not needed

Positives: Nice job with audio mix. Cameras did a very nice job with composition.

Improvements: Lighting was an issue. Hard to see an detail and things all blended in together on cameras.

Positives: The color of the cameras looked great and all of the cameras seemed to match. Taking a little time before to color balance your cameras makes a huge difference. Variety of shots was great!

Improvements: Though I really love getting shots of the band and making sure they get some screen time I think you might have done that a little to much. The camera on vocals was basically the same the whole time, I would like to see more variety there.

Positives: Professional-level camera work. Great subtle camera movement showing fluidity in shots that matched the music (with the exception of the drummer shot and quick zoom in and out during guitar solo. See below.) Great pacing. Shot were on for the perfect amount of time. Sound mixing is tough and this was really good.

Improvements: It was distracting that the drummer shot was completely stationary when all other camera shots had such great fluidity. The quick zooming in and out during the guitar solo was inappropriate. It didn't match the tone of the rest of the video and took away from the professionalism. How about a crowd shot or two to vary things up a bit?
