Clip From A Multi-Camera Student Run High School Football Broadcast
Positives: Good job by the director finding the offensive huddle while the announcers were talking about the size of the line. Listening is so important. The play-by-play announcer has some more energy that he showed when the interception came.
Improvements: Would like to hear more energy overall from the announcers--more like the TD I mentioned in the positive comments. The replay wasn't a great look at the INT TD.
Positives: Very coherent broadcast. Interesting facts prior to play and good set up that transition into the interception and touchdown. The replay was handled very well.
Improvements: Could have a little more excitment on the 2 point conversion, almost sound like a letdown. Would like more specific information on the interceptionand the player. Did mention "thought" it was his second pick 6. Was it?
Positives: Wow! Very nice coverage! The audio was really well mixed and provided a lot of natural elements such as crowd, field, and band sounds. The score-strip is really impressive and looks professional. The barn-door replay animations in and out look really nice and work really well! Camera angles are correct and followed the game precisely. The directing was smooth and followed the pacing of the game. Great job!
Improvements: Nothing really needs work! The one super nit-picky thing most schools don't have is a little sound effect going in and out of replay. If you have the capability of adding it, it will also just help with the audio story telling of the game. Same goes to adding music when talking about promos or keys to the game, going to break, etc. Great work!
