• 3/6 7:25 am - Nicely composed shots. Smooth panning. Colors look nice and balanced. A lot of the shots are of the back of people’s head (or from behind). It seems you have cameras pointing both ways—maybe try to get more of the fronts of players. This might be impossible, though, because of the logistics of the space, of course.

Judge 1

Positives: Good audio mix. Hard to do with this type of musical. Most camera shots well composed.

Improvements: Needed close-ups to be tighter and from some other angles. Too many from behind. Could have used dissolve effects on some transitions.

Judge 2

Positives: I can tell the camera were white balanced correctly and all of the settings matched. The color of the cameras looked great! Many times the camera ops had some very well composed shots that looked amazing.

Improvements: Please remember, people don't want to watch the backs of performers heads. Way to many shots of the backs of people. More front tight shots of performers as well as camera movements would have been nice. Change cameras a little more often.

Judge 3

Positives: Loved the shots that showed the movement of the bows. Great sound mix.

Improvements: Too many shots that showed people's back and they were on for a long time. Even though it would've cut off some performers, the wide shot should've been tighter so it didn't show empty chairs.
