Whether or not your house was actually decorated like that OR you propped it out to emphasize the holidays, it looked great. Your couple was believable and sweet, the location was perfect. Now let's talk tech: Camera work was almost perfect, with a couple shots having some slightly soft focus. My guess is that the soft focus was actually just a lack of sufficient lighting...which brings me to lighting. I get the "intimate" lighting you were trying to establish, but you must make sure you have enough lighting for your camera to make a proper image. The Coca-Cola glass shots were dark; you needed some softer fill lighting hitting the glass and the liquid inside. EDITING was on-point, nicely paced to emphasize the mood of the commercial and the couple enjoying time together. The storyline worked really well overall, giving the audience a lot of reasons to link Coke with happy holiday time and romantic hangouts by the fire. Well done.

Positives: The music sets a nice holiday tone without being too cliche or obvious. The performers are believable and evoke a warm emotion. There's a nice idea in sharing the Coke's with one another's names on them at Christmas.

Improvements: I would push you to explore the idea a bit more - the name on the bottle is a good start - but where else could you take it? Perhaps you could have used them to identify who's stocking is who's by placing them on the mantle above each stocking. Or maybe you both ran out of name tags, and actually use the bottle as a name tag by affixing it to a gift box with a ribbon. Then the gifts end up being a glass for one person, and a metal crazy straw for the other and you each use your gift to drink your Coke. The story needs a bit more intrigue or a twist to really work. There are too many close up shots of the glass - you only need one or two at most. And the glass should be full, with ice. The bottles should be cold and dewy. Even if you are not graded on styling, taking short cuts on things like this work against the overall impact of your spot. Confused by the string lights across the room - distracts from the story.

Positives: Very clear message that coke is a moment to share during holidays. Nice use of emotive storytelling wtihout using vo You did a great job of visual storytelling. The shots you chose and edited tell a solid sequential story. liked the way you used the names at end!

Improvements: Toward the end, I would have used less shots of the glass and gotten to that great end shot sooner! I would trim this up to :30-:45 to retain viewership. Sometimes less is more!

Positives: Story: Your story worked well, I might have said it was a bit long, but I think Coke commercials are a bit long so it is true to the form. Camera: Love the hero shots of the classic coke class, and all the different angles. Overall a good mix of shots, try some new angles as a lot happening here is eye-level or has a straight on feeling. Editing: Very strong, the flow of the shots really helps tell the story and bring all the elements of the commercial together.

Improvements: Sound: I would have liked to hear the glasses click or the fire crackeling. Even the voice recorder feature on a cellphone can work as a decent field recorder when you have access to a quite space. Lighting: The soft lighting was a good choice, though the Christmas lights could have been higher in the wideshot around 26s and then brought down lower for the shot at 40s so that they could be out of focus while the couple are drinking their soda and because we see that happen in movies and TV all the time it wouldn't have felt like a mistake. The light pointed at them is also a bit harsh. Keep experimenting you have good ideas and will get better control.
